This is how outlook 2013 looks after changing the window background in skinstudio. I changed the color to light grey. Notice that the center pane is still white.

Dave I think the 2 programs are similar. I am able to change the colors of the left and right panels, it is just the center panel that cannot be changed which is also what he says he cannot change.
You do realize that it is not always easy to give links right? I have had wallpapers in my folder for years so I certainly do not remember where I got them. I could do an image search but so could anyone who wanted the wallpaper. This also applies for skins. I have searched for an hour before for a particular skin that I was displaying in a screenshot. This leads me to something else but on the same topic. I don't know if everyone thinks this but I find the search function on
Unless I am totally misunderstanding he is talking about the message window which for me is the middle window in outlook 2013.

You have asked this question before and I will give you the answer, you can either accept it or keep asking. It cannot be skinned so you will just have to put up with the middle section being white. Here is the post where he asked the question. The answer which was given by gmc2 does not work for the middle section. It did make some changes to background color on the side panels but not the middle section. https://forums.wincust
To answer your question yes it will work. I do not use theme patcher now but I had it installed on windows 7 before and Windowblinds worked just fine. I would suggest though to run the revert option if you plan on using WB as your main option just to be on the safe side. You don't need theme patcher as Windowblinds has plenty of skins to suit everyone.

This actually is a video of a Syrian Baby pulled from rubble of a building destroyed by air bombing. At first I thought it was of the earthquake too. I also wondered the same thing about how the baby could breath under all that rubble but I think they got to the little one quickly and maybe because the baby had an arm in front of the face it created a air pocket. Who knows? Incredible footage.

Ebay has made it more difficult for sellers. As Borg999 has wrote EBay/PayPal favors the buyer if they choose to open a dispute. What is worse is that buyers now have 180 days to open a dispute as apposed to the 45 days it has always been. A buyer can receive the item and use it for a couple days, break it and then open a dispute that it arrived DOA. Also as a new seller you will not get your money from PayPal immediately through PayPal like you would through a private sale. Ebay and PayPal h

I don't care how many agree, he sounds like a dying duck in a thunderstorm, as my dear old dad used to say... like somebody's strangling the cat. Hehe, I wonder if he 'sings' in the shower... and whether his neighbours called the RSPCA. [e digicons]:-"[/e] [/quote] I actually agree with you sta
