I kind of agree with Kevin. The real problem has more to do with parents who will allow it. No one is holding a gun to your head and making you buy this crap but if a parent thinks it is a good idea for little Jane they are at fault.

[quote who="Kevin_Walter" reply="1" id="3531131"] They're not really getting rid of Internet Explorer. They're just rebranding it. Despite the "lipstick on IE" comment, you can rest assured that's all they're really doing. They know that Internet Explorer has a stigma to it that most people tend to avoid, and now they want to distance themselves from that stigma. A new name, a new look, and a few new features usually go a long way toward doing that for most peo

Perhaps many of you all ready know this however I am a little slow to hear recent news, just to busy to listen or even care. This did catch my attention and all I can say is it is about time.
Nuclear is my favorite of the 3. I will be buying that one for sure.
This is really interesting. If you have not watched it I suggest you do. It is a real eye opener. I could not find a youtube version but this works. http://dai.ly/x2df9zb or http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2df9zb_bbc-panorama-apple-s-broken-promises_tv
When I purchased my new Laptop less than a year ago it came with windows 8. I used it for a while and did the upgrade to 8.1. I even boasted about how good it was here in the forums. As time went on I began experiencing a bunch of issues such as ownership issues, trying to rename a file or delete it and just silly stuff like that. Reinstalled a couple times and it never solved those little annoying problems. So I spent a day tracking down all the drivers for Windows 7 and installed th

"You even could set it freely anywhere as "floating" (found under "Position")." Only for tabbed docks Tim which I have wondered why this option is not available for quick-launch docs.
What LightStar said Barb. The extra gadgets are xWidgets which I modified to match. Same as the icons which are token that I recolored.
How about a little Espionage
"lovely screenie JC....." Thank you, yours looks good too. You can never go wrong with plastic fantastic.
Thanks for that Barb. I do not remember that commercial but then again I do not remember much from the 80's or the 70's or the 60's, lol
I guess this topic has not begun yet so I will kick it off by displaying my desktop featuring an old blind that I updated for my own personal use.
"Wow that is even more fucked than me creating a newbie account to express myself openly." lol, they both are. Are you saying that you give a rats ass about what people think of your opinion's to the point that you need to hide behind a fake account? More to the point of the topic I think the way it is now works. If a MS is priced 3 times more than others I probably won't buy it unless it is a skin I really want. There is nothing wrong with tha
"LOS ANGELES (AP) — Andrae Crouch, a legendary gospel performer, songwriter and choir director whose work graced songs by Michael Jackson and Madonna and movies such as "The Lion King," has died. He was 72. Crouch died Thursday afternoon at Northridge Hospital Medical Center, where he had been admitted Saturday after suffering a heart attack, said his publicist, Brian Mayes"
I was also going to recommend BleepingComputer if all else fails. They are the only site that was able to help me when I had a virus I could not remove. The best thing is all services are free. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/
Not everyone hates winamp and I am one who uses it as my main player. Those that do not like it mostly complain about bloatware and slow load times but it is all in how you configure your settings. Winamp for me loads fast and there is no bloatware, than again I use the pro version so maybe it is different than the free standard version. I will check your skins out and thanks for the thread. PS. The link only directs you to your profile page, no skins.
