No more time then it took me to disable and reply to this, and the pop-up menu is back. =(

I am having this exact same issue. While I do own Stardock products, I have none of them installed. I do have ClassicShell and ActualTools Actual Window Manager installed. Today I added an exclusion in AWM for this EXE (applicationframehost.exe) to see if this continues.
