ATI tray tools didn't existed when the problem apeared, if it had no effect before, it doesn't have now. But if a suggestion involves messing with any graphic options like refresh rate or antialsising then i can using ATI tray tools for that effect and see if it changes anything. At 1st i really tought it was the drivers, that's why i removed everything and went to ati website to download the latest ones, i installed it but the object dock problems still remain. yes i alr

No i don't use neither dreams or a monitor managment. "Only other thing I can think of off the top of my head is to double check your CMOS/BIOS setting for the Video Shadow RAM / RAM cache to be sure it's appropriate for the new card if you know how to do that." Can you explain this, are you saying i should use the other RAM option, the one that makes me use only 256 Mb?

It was indeed a good board and at the time it was even better, but some games didn't run smooth enough for my taste and with a stalled fan then i had to find a replacement fast otherwise i would be facing the risk of overheating constantly. This graphic board seemed powerfull enough for what i wanted as i don't want to spend lot's of money on a graphic board that i will not ever use it to the max, wasting 60€ was enough and at the time my only complain is the dock, beca

No changes were made, when i used the new ati board i noticed instantly the laggy zoom effect, after that i updated the drivers, installed the software of the graphic board,..... With or without updates the problem remains and i can't find the solution for it. All programs that existed before exist now on the new ati board. I have installed (and no it isn't the problem) ATI tray tools, wich is like an improved cataclist control center, it has lot's and lot's of optio

"Yes i updated the drivers on my graphic board (even on my old one they were updated)" Yes, they are compatible The power supply is sufficient, the only thing not working properly is object dock "Yes i have the RAM option enabled" So basicly i have the performance option enabled like i always did. Maybe i need to be clearer, the only thing that changed was the graphic board, the options, the resolution, the options remain the same (exept for the extra grad

System info: Core duo 2.13 2Gb Ram Windows xp sp3 Now as for the graphic boards, i use to had an ati x1600 with 256 ram, object dock runs perfectly on it, no slowdows, i had the options with zoom on extra gradual, it was great. Now with christmas, i got a ati hd 4670 with 512 ram, games run smoother it's true, but object dock doesn't run smooth at all, i even tried with zoom on very fast and it's still a tiny bit laggy, so the extra gradual looks plain la
