If you really want the rating system to work, maybe it should be restricted to the top skinners who have proven their knowledge and artistic worth I don't think so. This suggestion has come up before and I don't agree. I have just as much right to my opinion of a skin as the top skinners. Plus, I don't see how this system would be without bias. I

edited. meh thought better of it I answered $19.95 which is still peanuts, but... I already spend $50/yr on my OD subscription, $10/yr on my WC subscription, and buy some of the current premium packs. There's just only so much I'm going to be able to spend here, deserved or not. Wall, icons, and screen shots I do not feel need to be downloaded as long as you can get a good shot of them so you see the style and structure of them. Eh I have to disagree with regards to icons, both dock icons and IP packages. Sometimes the dock icons look a LOT better in the preview than on your dock. Or it just doesn't look good on my doc
