After a quick search, I found that this problem has been around a while and I believe I encountered it on my first playthrough just after release as well: https://steamcommunity.com/app/271260/discussions/13/1733214357977871489/ Basically, the item is picked up on Zeta Chaudhary II , but doesn't then appear in your inventory.
Just went back to Rho Trireme III and saved in that location. The problem isn't nearly as bad as it was on Meh settings and I think one or two of the other affected planets were worse. Hi, sorry for the slow reply. Originally I was on Meh display settings (and the problem was much worse), but I noticed it still happened when I changed to Great. I was on a GTX 1050 but upgraded to an RTX 2060 6GB a couple of days ago and the problem still occurs at both 1920x1080 and 2560x1440. I'm running an i5-8400 with 16gb RAM. Windows 10 x64.
Same thing again on Eta Llovern IV... I think they're all Green worlds doing it? And Gamma Llovern I, which is a Hydrocarbon world. The textures also seem to be flickering on and off.

Hi Stardock staff, Was exploring Rho Trireme as you do, and discovered this planet (which has 64 critters) has all surface objects flickering while you're exploring it. I think they may be clipping the surface of the planet itself as I saw some of the critters occasionally disappear.

Hey guys, I'm David. Some of you might remember me from the UQM forums where I think I posted as Shon-dahre. I played SC2 tons throughout most of my life from around 93-94 onwards. It's definitely one of my all-time favourite games. I was stoked when I eventually discovered UQM, and even played around with the Android port a few years back!
