I bought a copy in Clarksville, TN and mine didn't have a key either. I've sent emails too and nothings has supplied me with my key =\. I just want to play online.

No CD-key in Technical Stardock Forums

So I bought the game and it didn't come with a CD-key. I have been trying since January to find this key and the support services just keep sending me in circles. Please can i get some help so i can join the online fun.
