I'd just like to mention that asking for salary requirements on the cover letter is a weaselly thing to do, even if it is completely standard business practice. I know it's great for your bottom line if the applicant low-balls it, but you're hiring a person to be a member of your team, and you'll be asking for their trust and loyalty. Behaving like a used car salesman while doing it isn't exactly the best way to get started down that road. I'm not sayi
