It doesn't say much for an OS if you have to spend a lot of your time tweaking it all the time to make it do what you want. Some overly aggressive Anti-virus programs such as Norton, to name one, can also have an adverse effect on programs such as IconPackager. Personally , I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit ,and I have not had a single issue with Iconpackager 10. My anti-virus of choice is Avast Pro. The numbering of icons in an icon package folder is critical. If you do anything to disrupt or change that numbering order in a package folder, the icons will not display for what they were intended. You cannot add to or subtract from an already created package. You can only "replace" an icon with another of your choice, but it must be "labeled" exactly as the icon you want to replace. -- Ace --

I rolled back to Windows 7 after trying Win 10. I was having some strong issues with Microsoft over a product key and Windows CD that I bought legitimately online from a reputable company.
