For the tabbed docks, it would add to its usability if there was an option so that the mouse moving over a tab not only activates the dock so that it slides onto the desktop, but also switches the dock to that tab . The scenario below assumes a tabbed dock where the user last used Tab A but now wants to activate the dock and use Tab B: As it currently works, the mouse must move over the tabs in order to make the dock slide out and become visible.
