Reply to Drag with Right mouse button not working. in Fences WinCustomize Forums

I have the same problem. But mine didn't work before. I installed it on a WinXP machine and I don't have administrator rights. (work laptop) I don't have the right mouse button options to create a fence, is there another way to do this?
