I am sorry, I was asking the OP. If you have issues please post on the WB11 feedback thread. Thank you, Basj, Stardock Community Assistant
Honestly I thought what he was talking about was the same issue I posted. I did not realize it was just a theme he chose that did not have start11 10/11 style skins because of what he said about the Wreath not showing up top of the start menu. Hon

As of the latest version of windows 11, you can drag them all back out of the taskbar systray onto the taskbar. There is no way currently to enable all to show and I dont think start11 can add that back.
Yes i agree should be of as default. But i have unchecked it and makes no change. Have also excluded program but also same result with Window Live Mail.
Have you messed with windows color settings? I usually have it on half of each one depending on if the theme is light or dark. I just set it to custom and flip flop them. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/40/19/4019518/50ad144a-efc
Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues. So, the issue is resolved, yes? Thanks Basj, Stardock Community Assistant.
I would say this is not resolved. All 3 betas had this issue at least with all the skins I tried. Any skin that has animations seems to not work properly on Win7 style. I see it there but does not animate. Only animates at the spot its in as the menu slides open and t
Also have other problems with WB 11.03 where some black elements of the skin doesn't paint at all in explorer and it all gets ugly. Tried all settings in WB 11 but with no changes.
This is exactly the reason I told stardock in all 3 beta threads that that option of darkening elements needs to be off by default. There are way to many skins in the gallery that do no
Skin studio needs Windows 11 default mode button. It only has up to windows 10. I want to set the default substyle for windows 11 users so that it wont apply the wrong substyle for them due to the major changes I did to the W11 version compared to 11. Setting a dark mode image in skin studio does not actually do anything nor does it
Working on updating the theme to support some of the new windows 11 features. Got a wip graphics for the sub-style blue, more to come at a later date. Also looking into adding dark mode support if I find a good way of doing so, its quite difficult to wip up darker images that match the XP aesthetic style. The start button will be cropped by removing the " start " text to get the theme prepped for the next version of Windows 11 that will limit the start button width to 48 pixel wide. So
The news in the prior comment about the start button is most welcome, although I really loved the other shape. [e digicons];)[/e]
Yeah Ideally I would like to keep the text in the button but as a dev said in beta thread 2 for WB11, the next version of windows 11 in the insider preview has changes to how the start button works. It will be limited to 48x48, so the xp style button will no longer work, It will be cut off.
My favorite style from back in the day was dragon. All the cool animations the theme had were amazing at the time. Most of it is broken now. Animations no longer work. https://www.stardock.com/products/themes/suites/inspired/dragon
I noticed that start button problem...using the medium sized task bar. Had hoped it might get some love but noe that looks like it won't happen. Damn.
Yeah the theme was designed to be an almost near replica of the original style with some modern edits to it. So I never got around to actually making larger icon support start button. There are just to many substyles to work with If I added in larger
I do notice that when maximised Revo goes slightly out of bounds (part of the window is off-screen on the right). I haven't tried any other skins yet. Also, Windows Store is fixed 👍 ... by no longer being skinned. Happy medium, I guess.
Revo does something weird with the window frames. It seems to be quite buggy at least for my version. Resizing the window will cause it to grow and cannot
eXperience - I just wish the developer would update it for WB11, and fixes the start graphic so it scales to the bottom of the Win11 Start bar height/thickness
WB11 is not fully out yet. Its still in beta. Plus there are some new limitations i have to work out for w11. The start button does in fact fit the taskbar fine with small icons enabled. It also does not support higher dpi settings in display options greater tha

Toolbars are no longer supported under windows 11 taskbar. if you want that functionality, use explorer patcher and enable windows 10 taskbar option.
WB11 will work fine with explorer patcher since that just re-enables a bunch of 10 stuff. If you turnoff immersive context menus, it will re-enable the classic windows 7/8 right click menus that would be skinnable via windowblinds. I would not rely on that program for to long as microsoft may eventually block those tweaks from happening. I have windows 7's command bar feature in explorer. Seems to skin fine with WB11. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/40/19/4019518/5d510cdb-550
Huh? What does that got to do with Firefox
https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#FFskin They literally gave you a link to enable skin firefox titlebar. If its not working go create a new thread. This is for Windowblinds Beta3 issues.
I am afraid text colour is either light or dark on the menu. You should be able control the margins using the extra settings options on the Advanced Values items on the Edit Win11/10 menus. The scrollbars are not exposed to WB as we had not considered those. It might be possible to expose those too, though without any size adjustment purely painting in the location etc they are already painting. [/quo
Can the explorer tabs on Windows 11 be made to look better/skinned?
WB11 Beta 3 added new Tabbed Window frames to kinda blend the tabs in. Thats the best we got. They cannot be skinned due to the nature of how they work. The new tabs/command bar are written in xmal. The new language that most of the os interface is getting changed to. Bunch of that stuff cannot be really skinned anymore via themes. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/for
I do understand how it works. Works perfectly fine under WB10 on windows. In order to get light or dark icons and text I would just modify the color mode under windows settings like I do with WB11. However your OPTION for darkening the window frames added in WB11 messes with the themes. That should never happen unless the user wants that option enabled. This is 100% WB11 doing the darkening to the frames/buttons. Its not windows doing so. If my theme does not support dark mode and wont be get
Still not happy about the automatic dark mode feature still being enabled by default. Please for the life of everyone that has complained in all 3 beta threads. Disable it by default. You guys have hundreds of skins in the gallery and many that will never support the feature. Its not properly supported by themes yet and should not be enabled until you actually have a decent amount of skins to support it. I dont want to have to tell people my themes looking darker thinking its a bug whe
Mine atm...nostalgia, thanks to SimplexDesigns .
Been actually tinkering with adding in a darkmode option along with another classic XP era style. Honestly I always customized my classic style to be all black back in the day. Never used the gray look it had by default.
The darken on your subline text app is because you told it to request a dark theme. WB gave it exactly what was asked of it. Without WB the titlebar would also look different in that mode. The issue is some apps ask for a dark theme and then work on a reasonable assumption that the colours are dark and so can use white text. If the app is set to use a light mode theme (which seems to leave the background dark
The new tabs feature along with the toolbar as of now in windows 11 is not skinnable. It will be semi transparent and out of place on mist styles. Something we cant really deal with. Only way around it is using explorer patcher to get rid of that feature. Here it is on my XP theme and another theme I tested with from the gallery. <img src="https:/
All skins will work on 11 perfectly fine as long as the light/dark mode feature is turned off. The new dark/light mode stuff will be the issue for most 10 themes, but as stardock put it. "can be disabled in options". Though it should be off by default because of this. Some fonts will become unreadable on either dark/light mode. The dark mode feature will darken most of the elements from the themes making them look somewhat like crap and not as intended from the original artist. Below is what
