How to get credit as a subscriber? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I bought the subscription to wincustomize back on November 25th; but although I got an email and was charged with the purchase, it is like it had no effect. I had downloaded my free limits and even now it only asks me to buy a subscription after I had already done that last month. i tried logging out and back in, emailed stardock with no response, tried looking in impulse to enter the subscription code but there is no "wincustomize' product. What the heck? Why is this absurdly difficult like
