Activation Counter Reset in Stardock Central Support Stardock Forums

I made a ticket request detailing my issues yesterday, but knowing how busy support can get I figure I'd post here as well. To summarize, I recently did a fresh windows 7 OS install to complement adding a new SSD to my laptop . Reinstalled steam and then began redownloading my games. However, I am unable to register my copy of Galactic Civilizations 2 Ultimate Edition, for a time it gave me some "error 1" but now it's just giving me a clear cut "Maximum Activations Reached."
