Taskbar--hard to get it to come to top in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I tried a few skins with WB7 on my XP and they make it hard to get the taskbar to come up when I move the cursor to the bottom of the screen. Sometimes it will come up quickly on on certain parts of the taskbar; sometimes it's inconsisten. This does not happen, though, when I use the XP Classic skin. Is there a way to have the taskbar come to the top immediately in all skins?
