I have a black background I made and the clock shows only sometimes. Interestingly enough, I can turn off the option "Add a clock to the start screen" in Decor8, see that there is no clock, turn it back on and the clock is there. It will be for a short time and then gone again.
I have a background Picture selected but still the Clock doesn't show. Just sometimes it shows up. Will this ever be fixed?
Have same issue!
An interesting note here. When I click on the RED X it closes, shows closed on the task bar but, it is still listed in Task Manager. Of course I am running on full up machine. This does not happen and everything works as expected if I use ModernMix control overlay.
@jessie Not sure there is a way to turn it off. I haven't found one.
Sorry clicked too often.
@Neil English Start8 Decor8 Launch8 Was running ObjectDock but saw someone say that was suspect so have it shutdown at the moment.
Ok. I am observing how ModernMix 1.14 Beta is working on my machine. I have ModernMix set to √ Show ModernMix control overlay in the top right corneer to switch modes. Checked Hide the overlay when running in a window (Ctrl + Maximize
Neil, I was using the desktop background which happens to be a solid color. You're right when I pick a background in Decor8 I get clock.
For one thing change the color scheme from one custom scheme to another and it doesn't change. Second No clock anymore
@Neil I'm afraid I have some news for you. When I took modern-mix off my machine there is not problem closing the apps with windows red X. When I install it it adds another icon (restore down/maximize) to Microsoft's bar at the top and then it doesn't close apps anymore.
Just updated to the new Windows 8.1 UpDate. I agree it does not seem to be working well.
Where is the clock supposed to be exactly? i have Ticked it and I can't find a clock (ugly or not).
