Can`t update Endless Universe to 2.03 in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Hello Civ II Community, some days ago i bought the german version of endless universe. I never used Impulse before, but i also did not find any possibilities to update the game from the version 1.97 (Twighlight) besides to do it via Impulse. I registered the game and i was also able to start the update progress. But the download always stops a few percent before it finishes and impulse shows an "Unknown Error" What could the reason be?
