Dear All, I have to say that i was impressed enough with the windowblinds trial to buy it. First software i've EVER bought online. I tried to install it via Impulse 6 or more times! I had various problems each time with my validated install, and now i have reinstalled the trial with NO problems. after "two business days" i've gotten no response from customer support. CAN it be activated without Impulse? surely that is what is causing my problem. &nbs
