Ok.. I logged into my Stardock account. The Stardock email is actually the same as my PayPal. I see the Subscription in my products page but it still is not active on the WinCustomize site. Eh.. Figured it out. Thanks for your help guys.. Just had to wait 2 hours I guess.

Sure did! I was logged in when I bought the sub. and I have also closed out and re-opened my browser, logged in and out, ect.. Nothing :(
I just bought a 1 year sub, have the "serial" and everything, but my account still has a "visitor" user level and a download limit. What's going on? Is there a place to put in a subscription serial? Thanks
