Even under fire? Yikes!, some calm guys! You're right though, most cops I know have the worst diets ever and some stressful situations at home. I don't even think I know of any that are normal, with proper diet and exercise routines. Maybe it's how you deal with the stress of the job??

Stumpy you're so funny. I'm gonna check out that mailwasher, it sounds really good.
I have to agree with Graypony. I don't let the ratings bother me, except a good rating does make me feel good. I would rather see the download number and know that some are enjoying using my skins. Xav, you have nothing to worry about-your skins are very popular and will be downloaded as long as they are on the site. Trust the moderators, if they see something wrong they will correct it. Also, some people just aren't gonna like some styles, they shouldn't rate it low because of personal dis
Your job DEFINITELY causes your stress level to go up! Any type of security/enforcement career has such a high level of anticipation that your body is bound to react. That and the incredibly addicting and fun adrenaline bursts . At least with your being young you have a great chance of finding the reason and correcting it (along with your personal habits) before anything is unable to be corrected. Rememb
Wow. My husband, a cop, (good exercise, lousy diet) was at work and his BP shot up like that. Heart palpitations (sp?) started, then came the chest pains. He had the good sense (for once) to come home and take something the doctor had given him for sleeping and that saved him. Slowed everything down. Turned out it was his thyroid. Wierd how one little thing can just screw up your whole system like that. He's still on the HBP meds, the heart palpitations are here for good, but at least the
Well, Xav, if that doesn't convince you nothing will! I can't wait to see what you come up with!
Xav, go ahead and enter the GUI Olympics! I think you'll do better than you think you will. Stumpy did you have something to say or were you just yoohooing for kicks?
SpyderbyteGraphX, I was a 911 dispatcher for many years and know what goes on behind those doors before and after she gets away. My biggest thing has always been convincing the victim that she (or he) is NOT responsible for his actions and/or feelings after she leaves. He is a big boy and what he does or does not do (suicide, etc) is up to him and no one else. He's gonna threaten to hurt her, himself and possibly her family and friends if and when she leaves. All she can do is warn everyone
That's odd cause WB will install the wallpaper for me even if it's a JPEG. I didn't realize there was a difference within. Oh and thanks yrag, I knew it was there somewhere. [Message Edited]
OK, thinking more clearly now, for a JPEG to work with 98 (maybe ME, I'm not sure) you have to go to properties and change it to a web desktop. Someone please tell what I'm trying to say.....
What windows version are you using? Sometines in 98 or older, I can't remember which way it goes, you have to have a BMP.
Chunky Lover?
By the way, Sput I agree with you. I've had some photos that would have been "snapshot" quality if not for the lens flare. Sometimes I do it intentionally but usually it's there when I develop. The only way I can recreate it perfectly in Photoshop is using Knoll Light Factory.
PixelCargo, Tiggz is right. Create a new layer above your picture, fill it with black and set the blending mode to screen. That way you can put your flare anywhere and do it in whatever color you want and the black doesn't show up.
Hippie, they're not the "globes by Jim" are they?
dyingdreams, can you give a link to a webpage to show what you want?
I wish you luck. You're welcome.
That would be nice. There's also an email link on the website!
http://giffnmel.tripod.com I stuck it on my website for now..I'll take it off in a few days.
Whoops. Didn't work.
I will email the 1600 x 1200 to the email address in your profile! Thanks for keeping me busy, it could have been a really rough week.
Can I take it off the refrigerator yet?
