I like and have to work with what is current (to offer support for work), so i am in the group of moving forward with the latest OS, and Win 12 when it arrives. To get the full effect you need to use WB 11 and Start 11, and you will be able to change the look a feel of your desktop. I am a user of StartAllBack, and this is intended to be used with Themes, using a Theme Patcher like UltraThemePatcher, and then Themes. In screenshots of the month, all my Topics are Mostly Themes using StartAllBack.
