Hi SimplexDesigns. I remember back in the original Windowblinds Planning Topic after myself and PhoenixRising did a lot of testing with Explorer Patcher , we published our input and told the forum we have made "WB10 Work On Win 11" . This did have a small issue (as you would expect) of creating a transparent line down the sides of Explorer Windows, but besides that WB 10 did work and allowed skinning in Win 11. In the same topic , many members took issue with what we called worki

[quote who="PhoenixRising1" reply="3" id="3869621"] Most Windows 10 skins are not compatible on Windows 11. Hopefully, more artists will update their work for things such as the new file explorer. As of right now the Stardock preloaded themes currently are some of the best skins for Windows 11. There are a few cheats you could use such as using explorerpatcher to use a Windows 10 style ribbon or windows 7 command bar on Windows 11. Really though, we are just waiting

I hope the Devs can sort these numerous issues we are reading about in these and previous pages, it seems each new day a new issue is reported, even as far as some users having conflicts with both WB11 and Start 11 which are supposed to work together in Harmony. I am thankful there are other ways to achieve a Customised Computer set up.

Its Funny how nostalgia can bring about completely opposite reactions. I have never used the default skins that come with WB as i find them too simple and clean, always liked Darker stuff that has a lot more going on especially with The Start Menu and Taskbar, other peeps love the revival and look of older times, each to there own though. Its the same with me for Tech Hardware, i have zero interest now in the machines of old i used to use, i do remember the Amstrad 464 and then the 6128, ages

Doc. Yes a missed 4 my bad. JanOscar. Hope you are doing better now. Never really thought of Forums like this or many others as Social Media, very loosely maybe and even then , if it is needed for clarity, I have No Facebook Accounts, No Instagram Accounts, No Twitter Accounts and definitely No Microsoft Accounts. I am not blind to how beneficial they may be when used for the right things, but pictures of your Dinner etc.. and thousands of selfies with a whole Ge
