I would never buy the latest all whistles and bangs GPU as the cost can be huge, i prefer to wait a while until the prices drop, i am not a Gamer so do not need the latest, but as a X265 Encoder, i do need a mid spec Card to do the Encodes.

I now have more reason than ever to want WB 11 on my machine, Our Resident Genius neone6 has peaked my interest in Win 10 as he created a WB of a Theme i have wanted for like forever. The Experimenter in me is saying, Make Your New WB Work On Win 11, something i have done before, but the IT Pro in me says, wait, it will not be too long now. Never have i booted into Win 10 so many times since Win 11 was released, Every day now, i split my online time between the two SSDs, something i have not
Life happens, and sadly I cannot be here as much as I wish beause of personal issues in my life. I try to read up on the Forum, comments and everything and drop an occasional comment here and there, but don't expect too much. Things will change, and I will be back when things settle down, eventually, and I have the time and energy to try and help out and be the regular nuisance or not, depending on how you read me. Love y'al

[e digicons]:)[/e]
Yes LightStar , he did me proud, very happy, he spoke to me at multiple stages, advised me what worked best without missing a single thing i wanted. So much easier than i thought it would be (from my point of view that is) All he had to work from were multiple images of various sections of the Theme. Already got m

betawolf. Our Master Skinners can create magic for you, Ever considered commissioning them to do a piece of bespoke Art for you, Put them to work and have things just how you want it to be, not just part of an existing work in the style you require, Hire them and get every aspect of the commission done just how YOU like it, a match made in Heaven.
OK, let's stop all this non-sensical discussion. If Andy gets hired by a person to create a Windowblinds skin it is no ones business but theirs. It is their choice and the price he charges is only their business too. I myself have been hired in the past to create a skin for people and the price charged depended upon the skins complexity, ranging from $100 to $250. Their even used to be companies years ago that charged $20K to develop a skin
My take is that Windows 12 won't be just a hardware-sales strategy, but the next step toward funneling all Windows software through the Microsoft Store so they can take their cut there too. Won't happen quickly or easily, but they can smell it.
You are not wrong Daiwa about there possible intent, as they are already trying to do this or at least pointed in that way in Win 11 22H2 by trying to ensure a user can not co

Where do i stand asking for a Windowblind to be created based on another's work, Would it be a bit of a minefield or is Inspired By Or Based on Enough. There are some Themes that have not been updated since Win 8. I would be very interested in an offer like this, but need to stay on the right side of things. I like the themes looking just how it does now. But A Windowblind commission would be more compatible with the latest OSs, both Win 10 and 11
