I must be the exception again, i too was told Iconpackager was not compatible with Win11, I am not saying anyone else should ignore that advice, but i have used it since XP, and am having no problems using it. What i thought may have been an issue, turned out to be something else entirely. I actually uninstalled it due to the issue i had, but when i discovered what was the real problem put it back on my Win11 Enterprise, and it still doing it's job now. It should not work for me but does.

It has been a while since i have used sound schemes for my Windows, see above the reasons why. But good for you rey for sourcing an alternative.
