The more i read about peeps issues with Win11 and i think wow. I consider myself a power user, using win11 to work for 8 hours a night in my online job and around 4 hours as Admin of my own site each day, i can honestly say i have not come upon any of the issues mentioned, maybe i just use my PC in a certain way and do not see the bugs mentioned. I do all sorts on my Win11 PC including X265 Encoding, Graphics and Theme Beta testing and a lot more to boot. The only issue i have ever had was a

[quote quoting="post"] Dumb question I'm sure, but do any of the Stardock apps mess with the registry? I'm asking because I had downloaded a Win11 hack from somewhere else that messed with the registry. I tried to fix it which was idiotic since I have no idea what I'm doing. Anyway, everything blew up and I had to reinstall Windows. Now it's perfect again, but I'm paranoid about not doing anything that could screw up the registry. I bought Object Desktop and I loved

[quote who="starkers" reply="95" id="3844177"] "Putin's Elite Troops were deployed first, Paratroopers were supposed to take the airport in Kyiv and overthrow the government in the first few days, the Ukrainian army stopped that from happening , so the first troops to die or be captured were not conscripts. That came later. Yes you are correct about the numbers being conscripts, a lot of the men used in the invasion are conscripts, Putin got a huge shock hearing his elite had failed and

I too have used Windows 11 Enterprise since before it launched last year and have not had any crashes, have not encountered any bugs that stopped me doing my job, ran my own forum with it, my Passion for encoding X265 and indeed use it for Beta testing Updated Window 10 themes. I am very careful to set it up correctly to deny MS my Data, my PC is not top of the line, but it is Bespoke to me and my needs with loads of Ram, Processing Power and around 30TB of Storage for my c

[quote who="starkers" reply="87" id="3843477"] I was just reading that 1000's of Russian soldiers are abandoning their vehicles and weaponry and walking away, such is the frustration of the slow progress being made and an estimated 10,000 of their comrades being killed by much stiffer Ukranian resistance than was first thought. Apparently, the Ukrainians are taking over abandoned tanks, trucks and arms for their own use. I also read that Belarus may even join the conflic

[quote who="starkers" reply="85" id="3843347"] Putin's lust for power and land grabbing is what this so-called was is all about. I has nothing to do with Ukraine becoming a NATO member, though Putin would prefer it didn't. The grab for Mariupol and surrounding districts is about economic greed, given the coastal location and industry in the region. That is what Putin wants and why thousands still in Mariupol are living in stoneage conditions and hundreds are dead..

We see Recent Windows as a data grab if not set up correctly from the beginning, but Social Media is it's own massive "Hand It On A Plate" Animal, only in this instant, most social media users happily hand over those details willingly if not intentionally, it is all there if you just look at the average active account page.

Also remember windowblinds is not yet supported by Win11, as now is the time many users will get the update through Windows Update, if you wish to continue to use WB, you can not update, there is a work around that can make WB10 work on Win 11, but it is not perfect, but is functional, bear this in mind.

I have a very basic account with FB as i need to have news and info about the site i Admin for the membership. I only joined twitter as i needed updates about a site i was heavily involved in during it's downtime, sadly it never came back online. Seeing what a lot of peeps put in there FB pages, and with camera tech getting better and better allowing the zoom in of high def images, it does not surprise me how so many peeps get hacked or have identity theft committed against them. It is interesting because I have visited the UK and even went as far as visiting the popular Churchill war rooms and on the surface I can tell there is a lot of pride in the UK for their part in WW2. Honestly, you are the first person from the UK that has actually told me about this other side of Churchill. But, I am guessing that what you are saying is quite true about how Churchill is viewed there. I
