So... As I am alive again (stupid router), I am looking for a partner in tourney. [e digicons]^_^'[/e]
Darkliath
Yeah ^_^ Great job [e digicons]k1[/e]
Played some games with all those main mods on and my opinion on several of those things. Eviction is really overpowered as people already stated. You can be a complete weakling, but if you have eviction (let's say on regulus), you can evict multiple enemies in a short period with that cooldown reset item (yeah, costs a of bit money, but still in a 3v1 fight you could actually win some time for your allies to ressurect...). Then about some other items.
Hmm... Vent really helps, but not so many people are online (well except at US time). And if you read most guides, watched replays, etc, I don't even know what more to suggest without knowing well how you play... Come play with me some games, and I might see some slight mistakes, etc. As about demigods, do you play only Oculus? He doesn't have an interrupt, so it's a slight disadvantage (enemy can use pot in front of you or tp out if no teammates help). Slipping below 50%... Wel
Yeah, I agree with Pacov on this... Trying to rate a build in a game, which went differently than usual (2 people afk'ing?) might confuse even good players and force them make strange decisions ("Ub afk? Who will kill enemies now? Who should level up?", etc). Furthermore less teamworking, etc. As about IN1 performance... Well I don't know... Didn't see anything bad (at least in my games) or I am just too blinded (which I hope is not). Actually I think he is really good player (+ valua
Came from elsewhere? (hamachi, gameranger, etc) Or is just amazingly good? He told me he is a dota player, I think. I don't know if he listened to me what items to get just because I told, or because he knew that they would be good for him (well at least not terrible). However his playstyle was really good (dota player, so experienced in this thing).
As far as I know (played under various conditions, with ~2k pings, -3 sim speeds, etc). Pressing once, always activates (keyboard or mouse doesn't matter, but my mouse sometimes doesn't work, so I trust keyboard more + when laggy, mouse arrow is difficult to move on screen). However then depends if there is cast time or not. If it's instant (sigil), it will activate sooner or later. If there is cast time: any potion, skill (shield), etc. then pressing once and doing nothing, will make it cast
+1 3v3 prefered... Haven't decided about 2v2 yet.
Nope (If I remember things working clearly, because my memory sucks ;D). If you interrupt enemies, their cooldown of skill starts. With mist it depends when was used. If skill was casted and then misted. Then no "interrupt", but cooldown starts. If misted on casting time, then cooldown doesn't start and skill can be used instantly on any other target ("interrupt").
Then it's more of an "avoid" skill, not an interrupt. You don't cancel their skills. They cancel themselves.
Mist interrupt? O.o Have I ever played erebus?
Hello ^_^ Well... I can explain this (in English only though). If you play a match and win, but someone desyncs your game or crashes - game counts as a loss or doesn't appear at all (game never happened). This may happen randomly (rarely), on purpose when: quitting, ultra lagging, etc. To all those players here my very angry response "You see what you do to newbies by desyncing their games? They get low win ratio and cannot join any rooms. I also felt that myself with my new a
Hello [e digicons]\o/[/e] Just considering the game itself and it's price, I'd say it's worthy even just for single player or LAN party games. However, Multiplayer probably would be tough at start. Yeah community is small and yeah, they are usually rude enough to kick new players out and leave them without a single game. But, not everything is that bad. Lately more and more new players are coming, so you can find someone of about your skills. Not many though, but depend
Well, just so you know. I may have tried your "mod", but as it's not a mod, but just edited dgdata.rar... I am not going to make another copy of demigod just to play your "mod" now (of course alone, because it's close to impossible to find another person in game with your version of demigod). And if you played this game online, you should have seen that even mods are not so popular amongst people. So your modification is... Even if perfect by itself, it's bad the way you present/made it.
As for Demon Assassin and Oculus, fix is very easy actually (at least for offline gaming). Just go to registry (run -> regedit). Then find your demigod keys. Path is something like HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> WOW6432NODE (only if 64 bit operating system, otherwise skip it) -> Stardock ->ImpulseReactor -> Demigod -> DLC Here to the right are numbers from 1 to 10. Few of them have a data written as a number "0" instead of "1". Change those "0" to "1" and it mi
Yeah, kicking new players and telling them to "go play with other noobs" doesn't make new players happy. [e digicons]#:([/e] 1. New players cannot learn much from each other (that is assuming you manage to find so many new players at that moment, which is very rare). 2. You play with too good players, who join your noob game, and are completely destroyed. (one plus here is that you can save replay and copy enemy items/skills build). However, what I've found most effect
Gosh, very bad translation ("I do have 49 kills") Well anyway, this person found the problem with achievements not being counted (1 more kill for 50 kills achievement with DA), and others. Anyone with better German knowledge than mine can answer him? [e digicons]:sun:[/e]
It's an Oak tp + shield III counter to finish shielded person off even with ultimate escape [e digicons]:-"[/e] (though usually someone else than that DA should end that, while you tp out to base or flag near victim, or warp strike your way out of enemy base [e digicons]^_^[/e] ).
I love playing Super Smash Bros a lot, so... I think it's completely different. In Demigod, you use skills completely in another way than in SSB (super smash bros) - wii controlers, etc vs mouse + keyboard. Also in demigod you need to think strategies of what you are going to do in future, etc, while in SSB you just fight fight and fight. Yeah there are special moves, powerful weapons, but besides that you just mash buttons (yeah with some combos, but is that strategy?). So overall it
Pff... spirit minion oak for the win ^_^ (but he'll be banned before the 1v1 tourney starts). Yeah... 1v1 is boring (I wouldn't participate), because matches take ages and the thing you wait for, is enemy to make a mistake... bah. Got bored even from thinking about it.
Hello [e digicons]\o/[/e] Those replays are probably from a different version of demigod. Like 1.2 patch, 1.0 or something. And the sad part is that old replays cannot be seen on the newest 1.3 version... [e digicons]:S[/e] But there is quite a decent amount of 1.3 version replays also, which can be seen with this version, or just save the replays of your games to watch them. (hint to tournament matches of great players, which were saved and got links to them http://forums.d
Yeah... I love that my team dropped before this [e digicons]8C[/e] (and pug players shouldn't be called like that cow... especially doggu...)
Just a tiny correction. I didn't say that game was yours. My exact answer was: "Darkliath: Ask my teammates. I am for letting you go to 4th place, but dunno about them" It was not because you would have won or something. I don't really care in that matter. It's just that I think my team haven't deserved to be that 4th team. Moreover. I wanted you to get 4th place before the game even started by surrendering (if that's possible?), because darz didn't show up (as usually) and I
Until tomorrow at midnight will be impossible (I think), because work, etc... But I am fine with disqualification as really... teams cannot set their games at any time... [e digicons]
