damn it, ive already sent support a request if i could get a free upgrade , just this once , or a discount , hope they hand out a freebie , would be appreciated for sure , seeing as i have paid for cursorfx, tho for its older version but still , paid is paid , and atleast in my eyes should be a free upgrade

as said an alternative gold colored trail of the magical effects would be neat , btw , can i get a new key for the new version , since it dont accept my old cursorfx 2 key , would be appreciated alot , since my cursorfx 4 trial is up

great news for opacity being fixed and well ,i sure as hell am happy that i always make videos and as seen in my previous posts , it actually is , no im not insane , thank god once again, here , focus on the trail > https://vimeo.com/388058726 if you guys dont have it as such tho , then maybe add a either color slider for the trail effects as well or make an alternative gold trail , would be appreciated alot for sure , thanks

ok so as said previous version ive been pmd was this one> CursorFX_4.0-j61-Setup and the update ive just applied > CursorFX_4.01-j74-Setup has taken care of ALL issues almost only issue left as said is opacity not applying and the magic trails not being golden but white aka colorless , fixing that would be neat oh and one more thing my registration key for cursorfx

ok , kinda works , problem almost solved , BUT instead theres new problems now, pretty much most windows with native focus or things like Rocketdock with native focus are now in the background which should be ontop , same thing goes for Steam right click menu, its in the background behind the taskbar icon window , as said now it shows the cursor ontop of the right click steam menu proper instead of flickering and not showing , BUT its in the background instead of the foreground as well

oh thank god finally someone understands , i already thought im going insane , btw that theme in question is the HUD Theme the white stuff are annotations to block out private data, yeah niche, but still annoying as hell , both issues youve mentioned , btw w7 support might have ended , but its still going strong , and theres still support just for the next 3 years , just not for non enterprise users , alternatively i get my updates over at askwoody.com, should last me a few more years at

the white is just me covering up for privacy reasons lols, im using w7 ultimate 64bit sp1 btw, everything is running as admin by default nothing separated or in compatibility mode ,not sure what else would be the issue here i changed to default preset cursors , same deal, maybe this needs a separate fix on w7[e digicons]:\[/e]

i didnt mean the steam overlay , but when i go into the windows system tray and right click the steam icon , it messes up the cursor making it disappear while in the menu, appears again as soon as i move the cursor out of that right click menu, as well as it disappears while running a steam game like Half life 2 or such, try it out and you'll see the exact same issue, @Yrgal i see, well was hoping for vgui compatibility , since it seems vgui gets used for said right click menu in the system t

actually this happens not just in games that it wont show the CursorFx Cursor but as well as in the right click menu of steam in the windows taskbar, cant wait till this is finally fixed been waiting all these years for a proper fix, i still love CursorFx it really gives the mouse cursor the love it deserves

ummm its NOT steams fault, its just that cursor fx needs an compatibility update for steams vgui rendering interface https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/VGUI_Documentation and id recon that alot of steam users would love this update , thanks [e digicons]:)[/e]
