if you use NERO there is an option to make avi or mpg to VCD. it is better to convert to mpg then burn otherwize you got to hope that nero will do it right the first time. i have wasted an few hours on waiting for nero to convert then not converting right. or if you want go to vcdhelp.com to learn other ways to do it. hope this helps
