Tweaking AI in Sins Modding Sins Forums

I want to tweak the AI so that it builds more capital ships (because blowing up capital ships is so much fun) and also make sure that the AI will research Fleet Logistics soon enough to make this work. I would also like to review the difficulty settings and possibliy create my own difficulty setting. Is it possible to do either of these and if so could somebody please tell me the files that I would need to edit? I've looked around and found lots of cool stuff, but nothing that
