I have a quick question concerning price per square foot. What does that include. I assume that includes the material and labor for the walls, ceiling, lighting and outlets and any doors. We currently have a basement of approximately 1000 sq ft. that is partially finished with 1970's wood veneer panelling. We were contemplating redoing this section with the OC system.
