Reply to Cursor Keeps Changing Back To Windows Default in CursorFX WinCustomize Forums

same thing is happening here...except mine is more temperamental...as soon as i apply a new theme and dont move my mouse it looks changed...as SOON as i move the mouse it reverts back to the windows default. im running windows 7 64 bit...ive tried the ye ole uninstall reinstall but doesn't do a thing...anyone know how to fix this problem?!?
