The skinner is using a full image for the arrow graphic, and for whatever reason, it's not lining up properly on your machine. (left tree) Start Panel > More Program Panel > Background (right tree) Content Margins > try adjusting the Left margin to a 'negative' value. Start around -83, save and apply to test (the preview in SkinStudio won't show the change)

When pointing the mouse to a folder, the background is blue. I believe that is the "Hot Tracking Color" in Selections.

I'm afraid if you can't follow the tutorial for building a skin, you won't follow a tute for editing. There's really no difference between creating and editing, other than the fact that you have a finished skin to work on. I just downloaded the app to test this. Will not open with ObjectDock. Doesn't matter what method I use to create a shortcut. Will not open with RightClick. But you can create an DesktopX object, and it will open. I've never seen this behavior with any other program I've tried, so I suspect the problem is with 1Click. But I'm no programmer...... so take my suspicion for what it's worth.

There are 6 states for taskbar buttons.... Normal Pressed Disabled Hilighted Activated Activated & hilighted I like the buttons to appear only when you mouse over or click on them. What must I do to eliminate these buttons? remove the images for everything except, Hilighted, and Activated & hilighted.<
The taskbar? Right click dock > Dock Settings > "Hide the windows taskbar".

Now when i change one, there's a icl and iconpackage theme inside renaming either and the unzipped comes up empty. ICL's are icon libraries, and are not renamed zips. That's why renaming them doesn't work. IPTHEME files are not renamed zips either. They are a type of ini file.
Found them. I approved them, and reset the date. Anytime you see your upload sitting "In Processing", let us know. It means they haven't made it into the Mod queue yet. Why, I don't know.
I use WindowFX since I have ODNT I would too, but it never works correctly. The X, Y coodorinates I set are ignored, and winodows are positioned at x=0, y=0. Not what I want. Besides, Sizer gives you more options than a single setting.

There are a few methods to access the Start menu from the dock. The one I use is this. Download PresStart LINK and set up a dock icon to open the program.

If your jpg, gif, bmp files are all associated with a graphics program, then you'll get 1 icon for all files. I see the same behavior, and it's because all those image format are set to open with Paint Shop Pro. so as far as my computer is concerned, they're all the same type of file(Paint Shop Pro image files).
Koasati, are you sure thats not just content margins? Have you checked the images in both skins? The toolbar buttons in Ares are 50x32 ...... Buuf buttons are 38x23.
They are slow to update, sometimes slower than others it seems.......
