From your description....... the clicked status and wait status are animated The clicked status, Busy cursor (the hourglass)... yes it's animated. The wait, or Working in Background is not animated.

Styl.... In your description of the cursors, you say the waiting cursor is animated, but there is only 1 frame.

oops........ I didn't read number 2 correctly. If you're downloading icons that are not in the Iconpackager format, you'll have to apply them one at a time, or build your own IP file.

1.... Open Iconpackager dialog........select Icons and Cursors..........Others tab. You can change the sortcut overlay there. If you've already tried this...... I dunno. 2.... The IP file is probably inside the zip. Extract it to your themes folder.

You could try this....... Open the WB Config dialog, go to Settings. Under "Enhance Desktop elements" uncheck "Use Windows XP style explorer bars" Apply changes. Now the common tasks panel will use the color scheme of the WB skin.

Seems like a good place to ask an XP specific question. Does anyone have a clue as to why I can't enable Fast User Switching? I'm not on a domain, it's a stand alone computer. I hope somebody can help me fix this.

I had this problem with the CopperDesk II Logon. Here's what I did to fix it. I changed the file ext to .zip, opened it and what do you think I found? Another .logonXP file........ when I opened that file, the Logon appeared in the list. I think LogonXP is kludging the export.

dOH! I was confused up there (so what's new?) MyIE2 is an IE shell. The icon looks a lot like Nvidia's to me. FoxMail is the one with the weird icon.

The importing WB skins into ICQ Plus is ok, but then you're stuck with those horrid default icons, and the titlebar buttons are sometimes whacky.

Carlitus, you know I respect you, but geez guy, get a grip. If I could skin like Renato, make icons like Paul, or you....... you can bet your butt, I would try to make a little cash.
