I don't think high downloads necessarily mean good creative original work.............most of the time it simply means it's a 'popular' style. For instance Brittany Spears sells a lot of CD's................but is her music good creative, original work? But it seems many skinners are after the downloads, and popularity, more than skinning for themseves, and sharing. I'm with you Jobe.....a few contructive negative comments go a long way in learning. Not to say I don't like positive comments, but what am I supposed to learn from "cool" ... I generally don't do critiques............don't feel I'm qualified, as I have no art training. WOM, I'll have to remember that people actually come back to see if I've responded to their comments.......
