Try this: Run regedit Go to key [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System] Remove these strings: 'Wallpaper' and 'WallpaperStyle' Reboot This worked for me.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
