Dragging icons from fence difficult since upgrade from 3.03 to 3.04 in Fences Stardock Forums

Since the last upgrade (from 3.03 to 3.04), I often find it's difficult to drag icons out of a fence to elsewhere (i.e., into a folder or into another fence). Sometimes it works normally, but often, just a selection box drags out. Note: I did a system restore back to 3.03 and the problem didn't ever happen. But it did again immediately after I installe
