you should have seen the galciv 3 forum there..

the way early access is shortened to EA... it's almost as if it's a concerted attempt to kill electronic arts' trademark
... what are the chances that things like security suites will work with win 10 preview any time soon? XD
.. i would imagine he's saying win 9 retail would be installed rather than win 9 preview (over win 8 or what not as a winupdate) just as i imagine preview is free... weren't they always free (until retail comes out)?
... rate the curator? ignore curator? XD
some of the recommendations are weird. i have some f2p mmo in my lib (dcuo, etc) already and they put those same games on the "more" recommendation list down at the bottom...
except unless everyone and dog pays by cash, the merchant will still be forking out for the card fees. they ain't going to be lowering the "increases" due to cards. i believe there are court cases against the likes of visa on the fees they charge (at least in europe). whilst i don't know how much they charge the merchants, whether it's a percentage or flat fee per transaction (on top of any periodic subscription) it would make sense that the lower the price
don't want it.... but thought i'd just say.... seeing as you are doing this in the forum.. just click on the lucky person's user name and i imagine you can send them the key via private message or email that way... (if they enabled email..)
...... i thought it's one of them Cyrillic things XD
... what kind of spec does the machine need to run that?
never read the book but read something the sounds similar... john ringo... blacktide rising series which is.. eh... zombies XD
don't know about gaming pc as i only have 1 pc.. fairly modest thing.... 7 years old i think... e6750. think i'm on my 3rd gfx card (or is it 4th? they keep dying on me XD).. replaced and added more ram. had to get a new psu too... and replaced vista with fresh install of win 7 a few years back. had a new keyboard (logitech solar) and has gone through a bunch of mice.. the dvd drive (not that i use it much) bites. literally. open it and it'll close pretty much before you c
read some of harry turtledove's alternative timeline novels? not that i've read much of his stuff on civil war bits (he writes tons...) or his stuff in general in years..
well... didn't buy anything XD oddly dlc for mmo not on sale for a change
works for me...
if i remember correctly, pro applied to pre 2.0 versions... when you paid back then you get a life time license (your life, not the machine.. you can move it to a new machine with some fiddling https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/151201-moving-malware-pro-to-new-computer/#entry844870 ) when they did 2.0, they don't do new life time license any more and do subscription instead. see: <a href="https://helpdesk.malwarebytes.org/entries
weird stuff, early access stuff on sale. not just the odd 1 or 2 either
What is the benefit of steam wallet besides an extra minute taken out of purchasing games/dlc/etc.?
gift cards? that steam market stuff?
"up to 75% off ALL stardock titles" utterly true. though looking at that flame fest on the early access over in steam forum... next time you might want to put something like published in the sentence. that said... does early access count as published? XD
14.4 whql has mantle... mantle has been in since 14.1 beta (though 14.4 is the only whql one so far)
jungle + weeds
funniest thing is that none of the hardware makers are expecting any sort of decent profit from steam machines. delay or no delay.
.. why does it "require" internet explorer and windows media player?
If your “free AV” requires you to submit data, you really might want to rethink it, especially if data collecting third party ‘Toolbars’ are included
as i said. your emphasis on free av. by definition, using a cloud url scanner is submitting data, for example. you have to agree to eula on basically any and all software. they are all at it.
funny you emphasise the "free av" when half the list up there ain't free (not literal half.. if you are actually counting) all products do it to various degree. even the ones you paid for. in fact, i would suggest the ones that you pay for... by virtue of having more features (url screening with their cloud, for example) will send more stuff.
there's security issue in someone hacking your xp, and there's security issue in having your stuff plastered into some foreign cloud service baked into the os (skydrive/whatever it's called now). and some stuff about source code not disclosed to chinese gov, some stuff about ms controlling 3rd party software that can be installed in win 8 (eh? driver signing? app store only?) or at least that's what the newspaper article i read claims to be the "security
