How do you change a skin in XP??"? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

If I download a new skin (file extention WBA file) how does change it in XP to reflect the new choice? I go to control panel to change the theme but it will not recognize the file extention WBA. Some hekp??? Thanks in advance. Paul [email protected]
