How can I port these icons to my desktop? in Icons WinCustomize Forums

I wanna port these icons to my win 7 desktop. No problem converting png to ico but I can't center the image into de icon. http://www.deviantart.com/download/119651460/Star_Wars_Icons_Pack_1_by_1darthvader.png Please help me!!
