Roll-up fence not working on double click in Fences Stardock Forums

Enabled RollUp does not seem to work as described in Fences 3.0 even though enabled in the settings. I suspected this has to do with a popular file manager called Directory Opus which has an option to double-click on the desktop to open the current (new) lister/window. Double-clicking the title bar does just that rather than roll-up the fence. Are these going to be mutually exclusive features (clash) ? Roll-up

corner controls and LOCKed fence in Fences Stardock Forums

When fences are locked, the corner controls still flash on and off on hover even tho they don't work when fences are locked.
