If you've read the post above and think you may have encountered the same problem, try opening stardock MyColors by going to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\MyColors and then by double clicking "ThemeMgr" This worked for me, hope it'll work for you too!

I just bought an alienware computer and MyColors was already intalled. When I first turned on my computer, there was already an alienware theme applied (name of the theme : BREED). I noticed the stardock MyColors program and I opened it (not knowing what it was for) and saw my active theme and the "restore windows 7 theme" button. I clicked on that button and everything went back to windows 7 normally. I left it like this for a couple of weeks and then I felt l
