Actually, I had nothing to do with you getting kicked out of that lobby. Based on your stats, I'd love to play with you - it was a mid game, after all. But CAXA (the host) decided all of a sudden he doesn't like you. To quote him: "HE BIG YELLOW PING!!! ME KICK!!!". He's a big Russian guy from Siberia, so you'll have to forgive him... ;)

[e digicons]:blush:[/e] I've actually lost 1v1 on Cataract to a pretty decent Tower Rook (that's the worst match-up for Sedna, I think) when experimenting with pure speed setups. Overall, Cataract is much less speed-friendly than Prison or Leviathan, but still... Yeah, it's kind of fun. In a somewhat perverse way :)

I've played a very similar 1v1 on Prison with Swift Sed vs. Erebus. No items, only BoS and Swift Anklet for a favor. Everything into cit upgrades and locks. Skills: heavy emphasis on IG, HW and Heal (in case I get caught while locking gold flag), all the rest kind of pointless. The game took a lot of time, but the opponent quit when I had +4000 war score and my giants have already demolished most of his defenses. Swift build on easily maneuverable

While the tone of my reply was a bit sarcastic (and deliberately so: I guess I just don't like random people being overly concerned with my schedule, even if that's just a figure of speech), I didn't mean to imply I've taken offense :) I wouldn't have reported him for being rude (he wasn't) or immature (I'm no child psychologist), but when I can clearly see the guy is heavily abusing the 1v1 DC exploit, I think a word of warning is due.

I know. I play with people with 0 games all the time. Me and Thunder frequently took terrible newbs in 3v3 games and tried to help them. "I know" refers to your being aware of less advanced players' usual DG choices and unfamiliarity with Sedna/QoT/Oculus? Or are you just sarcastic? :) For some reason, you don't really strike me as an altruist type, but maybe it's only because of your avatar :-P

2Hedgie: Objectively, my Sedna sucks. Yes, I win a vast majority of games when not deliberately experimenting with weird (= interesting) setups, but these victories are all against mids, who only play 4 top-tier DGs (Oak, Rook, Erebus, UB) and, God only knows why, Reg. A question for the Elder Ones ;) Can I get FP for fighting AI in Pantheon games? I'm impatient to test WotS and CoN, and don't want to play another 40 games to be able to do that... I don't feel comfortable at all with conceding 20 times in a row with my friend's account to farm a sufficient amount of FP, but I'll be forced to cheat if there is no other way :/

That's the next step. For example, there is a lot of solid Tower Rooks around (not that it is particularly challenging to be solid with that build). Now, Tower Rook + ninja Sedna make a great team for any 2v2 (I'm trying to play with/against mids only now: noob bashing is nice as far as self-esteem goes, but very harmful otherwise).
