I cannot stress it enough: guys, that was not a very good game . I believe Pacov uploaded it only for curiosity's sake (we actually won something together), and that's it. It's full of mistakes and sloppy playing. Scrutinizing it is pointless.

Pppap also waited until level 10 to pick a favor item although I don't think that it affected too much. Yes, I love those no-favor guys. 5nana waits until 12 to pick up the favor, then, if he loses, he proclaims: "But I did not pick a favor item till 12, lololol!" Now, if I choose to play with my hands tied behind my back, it's my problem, not yours, right? Not that I compare ppapa to 5nana, God forbid. I believe he had his reasons to wait.
sounds like you got sth personal going on with andvarid, IN1 Personal? Well, he's in Chile, I'm in Israel -- so the assumption is sort of ridiculous, yes? I don't like his in-game behavior (I think only a patented asshole can rage-DC while hosting) and I totally abhor his playstyle (if whatever he does during the matches can be called a playstyle). I think I have one old replay saved where he goes straight to enemy crystal in the middle of the game out of
You see, so you don't like BotF, after all! ;)
Who won?
we did that a couple of times. UB vs UB?
I dunno, stop playing on high tower n00bs? Probably the only reason where I could see you not understanding this [e digicons];)[/e] When I think about it... That may well be the case. I keep forgetting you are an antediluvian relic :) The default setting now, even in 50% of skilled only games, is high towers. So it's not a noobiness on our part, it's just a desire to adapt to the ever-changing reality ;)
That said, he readjusted after I complained Yeah, though he mistook Quin for you a few times, and his: "Pacov, why are you attacking me, ffs!" into the chat was epic.
lol what exactly do u want to prove to me? My interpretation is he wants to prove you know nothing 'bout playing UB and have no skill with UB, either! Teach him some manners, I say! [In fact, I just want to see you guys 1v1 [e digicons]O:)[/e] ]
With the mana flag, even if you spam, you can fire off 3 of either skills in a row without any mana items. When you are out of mana, in closed mode you can regen enough for a shield in 1 minute, or a GSII in 1 minute 30 seconds. So what you are saying does not reflect reality. What he is saying does reflect reality, in fact. Now, I'm great at mana conservation. Really. If there is one aspect of this game I'm nearly perfect at, it's m
i was bouddha at that time. I thought you always were [e digicons]O:)[/e]
kille is planets away from advarid's lvl. I cannot boast such an acute understanding of suckiness degrees, pray excuse me. I've seen both play, both were ridiculously bad. Pacov was yelling at And like crazy every minute to get anything at all done right. That said, I'm surely not proud of this game's result and do not consider my playing marvelous, to say the least. <span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: pre
Sure, they had one terrible teammate. So did we, and we all agreed it's sort of balanced: one T1 on each team, one dunno-what-mine-and-Quin's-category-is, and one... uh, yeah. Btw, are we talking about the selfsame Andvari3d, Zen? :) I've got nothing personal against the guy, but he's been totally horrible every time I played either with or against him (a dozen games probably, so it's not a 'match off'). I don't like to join his games while he hosts, si
To be honest, I wasn't sure at all we will win. Hint: see what our DA does with that HW of his (and overall) for the most part of the game :) I played somewhat sloppy (two points: monks micromanaging; not using CoN to its full potential), but I was really disoriented by the decisions our DA was making. I cannot adapt that quickly, I admit :) Luckily, Sedna is not ppap's forte , plus he was forced to buy a lot of upgrades (I bought only cur1, catas, giants) . Bu
this is quite possibly the dumbest thing I've heard today anyway. heh. I disagree. Zen is right. A 'casual' noob-mid UB (spit->right-click) is very easy, no doubt. Even I can play that kind of UB and get away with it. However, Orcun actually told me he considers UB to be the toughest character to master: obviously, not because he thinks hitting 1 key is difficult, but because you must have a great game sense and a calculator instead of a brain
lol some people are just too funny.. We started this thread only to keep you entertained till Wednesday, nnnils [e digicons]O:)[/e]
i think rook becomes stronger especially with great support when you put him on mana and he won't need a single damn tower. Stronger - no. Comparable with a good support - maybe. And occulus can match the growth in strength, especially with ueberfix. With Uberfix... From several games I've played with Shane as Occ: yes, agreed. oak endgame is also unstoppable. Oak is not unstoppable, he's unkillable :) Which
UB is damn tough to master, which is why only like 4 people know how to play him I can see your point here (high level UB play is hard, exciting even, though it may look you all are just mindlessly aggressive and egotistic), and I surely don't subscribe to Pacov's point of view (UB=auto-win button). However, you must admit no other character grows that OP when soloing mana on Cata with a team that knows to support him (both by
Please explain the cause of UB's "external" OPness. Hmmm, that's totally self-explanatory, and I believe you are not nearly so naive, L-O :) Ideally, a team needs a decent UB to counter a decent UB on Cataract (which is the most widely played map by far). That is OP. Certain skills the UB has are, indeed, UP "internally" in comparison to his own skill tree.
Sedna is the absolute best 1vs1 I believe this comment deserves a rather harsh reaction from both hedgie and yours truly [e digicons][/e]
hah... I just don't play with you every game in1 [e digicons]:P[/e] [e digicons]:D[/e] Fair enough!
and lag makes perfect oak play impossible imo Yeah, the lag towards the end was horrible. Sedna and Oak are probably the DGs that suffer the most from lag (too dependent of precise timings).
Put some of the others up if u can find them. Some of them played on my second acc, probably. Np, I'll upload some, just need to view the replays by date. I save a lot of those, and then I forget to rename them... [e digicons] happened here zen, nnils? . Im guessing Zen cant play oak [e digicons][/e] Zen can play Oak just fine (a bit too aggressive for my taste), but he made a few early mistakes that game. It was a miracl
Darkliath should, indeed. Yesterday Pacov (Erb) / me (Sed) / Darkliath (Rook) got the worst schooling in my DG life from the, eh, all-star team of SaV (Rook) / cficare (Oak) / TSK-Glagol (UB). The thing is, we started out really strong: by WR III, we were +500 WR (!) up, plus several early kills and yellows. I got a mighty impressive Cloak warp kill on SaV, too. Very demoralizing. I suppose the problem was two-fold: Pacov was playing a way too ballsy Erb (it stemmed both from underest
nnnils babbles a lot, and i think i proofed him wrong every time^^ Don't you dare offend my favorite player! [e digicons]:D[/e] BTW, started playing RoI (most definitely not Rain of Ice!) a bit (thanks to L-O for a pointer). They have a character named Psychozen there... Hmmm...
