btw. how do you convert mac icons into ICLs i need a fast way because i must convert about 200 hqx files .. and the way i do convert for windows takes too much time

the link shows exactly how i'd like them to be shown.. but when i use the thumbnail view the icons dont have a transparent background like on your pic, but an ugly and annoying black one.-
my color depth is 32bit all icons are alpha blended and designed for mac os which i converted for winXP the icons itself has icons from 16/2 mono till 128x128WinXP the prob is, that when i use the icons inside a folder i get the icon with the black background (on miniature view) . if i use the same icon on desktop i get the icon with transparent background...
hi.. why do my icons sometimes have a black background and sometimes not,.. and when i put the icons with black background on the desktop, the background is no longer there; only on folders i have the problem.. shouldnt it actually be transparent?!? do i have to make some widows settings?!? ps.: which is the best tool for unzipping hundret of ICLs a once!?!? thanks in advance yours vanessa!!!!!!!! please email me..
