First of all Halo 4 is going to be made by a different company so it might be better... or worse. Also most people like that supersoldier feel, ands lets face it's a fps so story isnt the most regarded thing. How is it poorly executed? Didn't the Tyranids come from another galaxy though? Or do you mean all the tyranids in the imprerium galaxy Also I didn't mean they'd over biotech, but simply they looker more evil and dangerous than the others.
