Out of 12 replies so far nobody has even offered to any expertise as to why it doesn't work! Only one person of twelve even came close to addressing the original issue. However the journalism & art critics sure didn't miss it!

I can't get the skin xpbabe to work, just displays a white background, other skins display just fine. using an ipac 3850 running dashboard 1.5, deleted & tried another download & same issue, any ideas? thanks.
