Will GalCiv3 be coming to Steam Access? And regardless of this will those who pre-purchase it now get a steam key in the future?

When scrolling the screen by moving the mouse to its border, the margin that triggers the scrolling is pretty small. This becomes a problem if you have another screen, as it is very hard to scroll, most of the time the cursor moves to the next screen isntead. This could be solved in Civ5 way, which added recently and option to prevent the cursor leaving the game window, or just by adding an option allowing to define the area triggering the scroll.

This is not true, I have the same price as I had before this daily deal. I live in Europe and we got higher prices, if that's related.
Thanks, at the moment I've sent an email to support about that. That said, even the situation here will be solved, what about steam? Was the time limit on the discount for the previous game owners planned? If yes why weren't we informed about this? I would have no issue if Stardock said that it's only for this many days. Nowhere have I seen such a disclaimer.
First a little introduction. Loving GalCiv I purchased Elemental from Stardock. When Fallen Enchantress came out I theoretically got a discount for it. I did not use it as I wanted to have FE on my preferred platform - Steam. I bought it there together with DLCs. Now Stardock published Legendary Heroes and on my Steam account I could see a discount for Legendary heroes since I had FE. I planned to buy it but was putting it off.
