every time i apply a theme, it's ok at first but then when i restart the computer it gets super big. i have tried everything to fix it, and no the taskbar is not locked. i have tried EVERYTHING!! i even tried moving it to the bottom and at first it worked. but then i restart my computer and again it gets huge. please help because it looks gross big!! oh and i even removed ALL of the icons, time and date on the right.... it did nothing. i att
