Reply to Slow display of desktop icons upon boot up FENCES PRO WINDOWS 7 x64 in Fences Stardock Forums

not only slow, icons are extremely slow to respond with mouse over & flicker all over the place???.Have rebooted, reinstalled etc etc ,still no go ?? HELP
