any good ways to animate the desktop... everythin' including background...? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

does anyone know of any programs that can animate the desktop... kinda make it flow... I think it would be great if there wuz a way to animate so that it wuz kinda liquidy... and instead of makin' the background a still image of liquid... have it really be like liquid... and like movin' the entire time... that'd be cool... if anyone knows of any way to animate the desktop... please tell me how...
